The above named group hereby apply for membership in The Council of Parent Participation Preschools in B.C. for the year of 2025/26. The executive, on behalf of the members, have read and agree to uphold the statement of standards and rules of operation set forth by the CPPPBC Policy Book. The school will subsequently etransfer $0.10 per child following the completion of this form.*
